- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- 5+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in a unionized environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, and best HR practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and effectively manage conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
