Job Overview

• Install HVAC systems, ductwork, thermostats, and related equipment 
• Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation issues 
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems 
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals 
• Test system performance and ensure proper operation 
• Maintain accurate service records and work documentation 
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations 
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards 
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed 

• Experience in HVAC installation and service preferred 
• EPA Certification required 
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying weather conditions 
• Knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical systems 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills 

• Experience with residential and commercial HVAC systems 
• NATE certification is a plus 
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
