Job Overview
Join a company's team in Dyersville, IA, as a Customer Service Representative. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Customers: Answer calls, address inquiries, and provide solutions with professionalism and empathy.
- Effective Communication: Listen actively, ask probing questions, and utilize available resources to assist customers promptly and accurately.
- Timely Resolution: Maintain organized records, update customers on progress, and aim for swift issue resolution.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle challenging situations calmly, de-escalate tensions, and guide customers towards solutions.
- Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work with the Customer Service Manager to identify recurring issues and propose solutions.
Requirements:
- High School diploma and 4 years of customer service experience required.
- Knowledge of sales and customer service techniques.
- Ability to communicate with customers under all sorts of conditions.
- Ability to use computer systems to solve problems.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to research problems and discover information.
- Ability to use complex computer systems.
- Skill in appeasing difficult or angry customers.
Starting wage: $18.50/hr. Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
