Automation & Controls Electrician
Location - On Site: Dubuque, IA
Schedule: Weekday shifts (Mon–Fri); on-call/weekend work may be required
Wage: $41 - $44 / per hour + Excellent Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, etc.)

This full-time position focuses on installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, automation, and control systems across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair plant automation, instrumentation, and electrical systems
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
- Fabricate repair parts and electrical panels
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals
- Maintain documentation, work orders, and inventory records
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in industrial electrical, automation, and controls OR
- 2-year degree in electronics/controls OR
- 1-year certificate + 2 years experience
- Strong understanding of NFPA codes, PLCs, VFDs, and industrial instrumentation
- Skilled in conduit installation, electrical calculations, wiring practices, and code compliance
