ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Plant Manager

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Works with outside resources to get breakdown repaired and running in timely fashion.

Takes initiative in trouble shooting machinery to make improvement to avoid further production interruptions.

Uses good judgment in repairs with safety of employees and machinery top priority.

Participates and has primary responsibility in general housekeeping of UTD building and grounds

Performs other duties as necessary.

STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE

Excellent time management and organization skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to maintain positive working relationships with employees, vendors and customers, etc.

Initiative and creative thinking in decision-making and problem-resolution skills when performing job duties.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS

Due to the nature of our manufacturing and stamping business hearing protection, eye protection and safety shoes are required.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

One to Two years on the job and or Tech school training in machinery maintenance related job and or tech school.
