CUSTOMER SERVICE / ORDER ENTRY / REMOTE POSITION

Morrison Bros. Co. is seeking strong candidates for an entry-level position to start in order entry and develop into a Customer Service Representative. This is a remote position upon completion of initial training in the Dubuque corporate office however, candidates still need to live in an area commutable to Dubuque to be able to attend periodic in office meetings as needed.

When the order entry process is mastered, then this person will learn to respond to customer requests via email. Requests may vary from pricing, order status, delivery, warranty, shipping rates, etc. Eventually, the candidate will learn to help with technical support via email and phone. Mechanical aptitude is a plus but not required. On-the-job training will be provided regarding our industry.

It is imperative that the candidate have strong oral and written communication skills, as well as working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word. Must be able to multitask in a frequently fast-paced environment.  Experience with an AS400 system is a plus.
