As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be tasked to execute the by strategy of driving deeper digital usage through McGraw Hill’s Connect product (Software-as-a-Service) delivering world class service.

You will contribute to increasing digital license activations, while partnering with Digital Solutions, Marketing, and Product Management Teams to execute sales strategies. This position is remote, candidates must be located within Canada. Enjoy the flexibility of running your own home office while still working in a collaborative team environment.  

 

What can you expect from this position? 

 

The Inside Sales Account Manager:  

  • Will create customer value and grow revenue by analyzing customer needs, synthesizing gathered information, and recommending digital solutions that will deliver desired results.
  • Contribute to regular field reports and forecasting information to management and the Higher Educations Division.
  • Identify products & service development opportunities with the help of cross- functional internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a systematic high-volume call plan and an up-to-date database of customer and sales information within Salesforce.
  • Execute effective sales presentations and product demonstrations using tools to engage with customers virtually
  • Provide consultative conversations, driving solution-based selling within digital sales.
  • Leverage digital tools to reach customers virtually and to maintain data integrity through Salesforce. 

 

We’re looking for someone with…  

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma within Business and/or related field required.
  • 1-2 years of previous sales experience strongly preferred, ideally within EdTech or Higher Education.
  • A demonstrated passion for technology and customer success.
  • Comfort with cold calling and strong presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
