Job Description:

The Inside Sales Representative supports our DuctSox® product group, a leader in fabric air dispersion systems. In this role, you’ll work closely with a nationwide network of independent manufacturing representatives, serving as their main point of contact for quotes, orders, and technical assistance. You’ll ensure projects are supported from start to finish with accurate information, timely follow-up, and excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage incoming requests for quotes and orders from independent manufacturing reps.
  • Prepare and process quotes and orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide technical support and product guidance, escalating complex questions as needed.
  • Review construction documents, blueprints, and specifications to support proper quoting and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Salesforce.
  • Build strong relationships with our rep network through professional, responsive communication.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in sales, business, customer service or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of inside sales, customer support, or technical sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requests at once.
