Inside Sales Representative-Dubuque/Dyersville

Job Overview

*We are currently located in Dubuque, IA and will be relocating operations to a new facility in Dyersville, IA in early 2027.*

A supplier of high-quality pressure washer components,
is hiring for Inside Sales Representative.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying customer requirements and expectations so you can recommend specific products and/or solutions. You will also be reviewing orders received to ensure customer requirements can be met. Following through on commitments of delivery of product or information required, and proper communication of information to customers and fellow employees.

Primary Duties:

• Sell products and services, offer add-on and up-sell products that may benefit the customer.
• Execute sales effort in an ethical and professional manner that will reflect favorably on the reputation of both the salesperson and the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Inside sales experience preferred and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and SAGE100 software knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner.
• Collaborates with sales management to deliver sales retention and growth.
• This sales representative will often be tasked with customer communication both over the phone and e-mail, attending trade shows, and cold calling potential customers to generate leads.
• Use appropriate selling tactics such as up-selling and cross-selling when needed.
• Minimal travel required.
