Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inspector to join a company's team in Dubuque, IA. 

Responsibilities:

• Act as a third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteria.
• Check and inspect manufactured parts or products for defects.
• Read and follow work instructions and general processes.
• Use measuring or testing equipment as needed.
• Ensure products meet quality standards.
• Display excellent customer service.
• Comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies.
• Collect and record data.
• Utilize company portal for time recording and policy acknowledgements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to speak and read in English.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material.
• Ability to lift/move 35 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• No experience necessary; ability to read blueprints is a plus.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent recommended, or comparable work experience.
