Job Overview

Installation/Maintenance:

A local Dubuque employer is hiring for candidates to assist with installations and maintenance of vending machines. This position is a 1st shift opportunity. Qualified candidates must be mechanically inclined and have strong customer service qualities. 

Wage: $17/hr

Job Duties: 

• Represents company in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner is all customer and employee interactions
• Interacts with customers in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction by providing one on one attention to the details
• Ensure the highest sanitary standards are maintained in accordance with company and client requirements
• Responds to dispatch calls for machine repairs
• Listens to and resolves service complaints
• General maintenance in the field 
• Inspects parts; remove or repair defective/broken parts; realigns and adjusts components; tests machine operation following repair
• Prepare machines for installation; assists in installations and removals
• Moving equipment, helping in the warehouse to set up machine

Requirements:

• Ensures corporate and OSHA safety standards are followed
• Follow principles of sanitation and safety
• Clean up spills in his/her own work area immediately
• Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
