Installation Technician

Job Overview

Sedona Staffing is partnering with a Dubuque area company that specializes in emergency telecommunications in looking for a full- time to hire Installation Technician. Qualified candidates need to possess the abilities below. 

Shift: M-F 8am-5pm

Wage: $18-$20 depending on experience 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Install communications and associated electronic equipment and wiring per specifications and operational procedures
• Perform automotive interior/exterior strip down and reassembly
• Perform variety of DC terminations/connections
• Perform GPS & RF installations

Qualifications:

• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Requires comprehensive automotive 12/24VDC or electrical/electronics experience
• Must have the ability to correctly disassemble and reassemble customer vehicle panels and perform installations
• Familiar with Microsoft Office programs

• Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs
• Must possess a valid driver license & clean driving record

• High school degree or equivalent
• Technical schooling and any electrical certifications is a plus
