How you can make an Impact

As an Integrated Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth for McGraw Hill Higher Education’s key private sector accounts. Working alongside the sales team and technology specialists, you will manage day-to-day business operations, lead contract negotiations, and develop pricing strategies to generate revenue. Your work will directly contribute to improving student outcomes at higher education institutions while fostering trust and enthusiasm with top accounts and the National Sales staff. Reporting to the Director of National Accounts, you will collaborate with a highly skilled team to shape the future of learning.

This position requires about 15% of travel to client sites, and candidates must be authorized to work for any employer within the United States. 

What you will be doing:  

  • Drive business strategy and sales for key private sector accounts nationwide.
  • Manage and negotiate B2B contracts, including terms, new agreements, and renewals.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams to structure and finalize client offerings.
  • Manage P&L reporting with set financial goals to achieve and exceed.
  • Support and implement sales processes to create a world-class program for representatives and sales managers.
  • Analyze account and territory performance to identify opportunities and develop actionable steps for improvement.
  • Foster an environment of continuous learning by studying customer insights and encouraging knowledge-sharing across the company.
  • Apply project management skills to oversee the entire sales process, from proposal development to implementation.

 

We are looking for someone with:  

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with a background in finance preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% for B2B executive briefings and client presentations.
  • At least 2 years of experience implementing custom digital solutions; proficiency in Learning Management Systems and Microsoft Office; familiarity with statistical software is desirable.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, with a proactive and action-oriented approach to problem-solving.

The pay range for this position is between $71,300 - $100,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
