JOB SUMMARY

As an Integration Developer (Implementation Automation Engineer) in Cartegraph’s Professional Services department, you will have personality to share and technical expertise to spare. We’re building and selling the most innovative operations management technology in the world, and we need someone to ensure system integration for our clients is smooth and seamless. Interested?

THE WORK YOU WILL DO

  • You’ll work full-time for great pay in a collaborative environment.
  • You’ll work within Cartegraph’s Professional Services department and play a key role on implementation teams for customer projects.
  • You’ll take ownership of design, development, documentation, testing, and deployment of integrations to third-party systems.
  • You’ll leverage modern data interoperability tools such as web APIs, webhooks, Zapier, and scheduled flat file exchange to help customers fully realize the value of their enterprise data.
  • You’ll assist the Sales team in capturing customer requirements and defining appropriate scopes of work.
  • You’ll provide project delivery that leaves our users raving about the great experiences they have working with Cartegraph.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • You have a 4-yr. degree in an applicable field OR a 2-yr. degree with at least two years of relevant experience with systems integration.
  • You have familiarity with the following programming languages: C#, SQL, Python
  • You have familiarity with the following platforms or web technologies: .NET, AWS, HTML5, JavaScript
  • You understand how to effectively discover and capture customer requirements.
  • You’re an effective verbal communicator with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and simply.
  • You’re an effective written communicator with the ability to build system design documentation.
  • You’re a good listener and loyal advocate of customer success.
  • You’re organized, you manage your time well, and you stand behind your work.
