Job Overview
Responsibilities
Through a placement with Hillcrest Family Services, your responsibilities may include:
- Observing and shadowing staff
- Providing direct care to clients
- Assisting with the completion of documentation and reports
- Attending community and agency meetings
- Building curriculum and treatment plans
- Helping to identify resourcing for clients
- Assisting with clerical and other duties as assigned in a timely and accurate manner
- Developing an understanding of current Hillcrest programs, policies, and practices
Requirements
- Current undergraduate or graduate student completing a program of interest
- Ability to perform clerical duties, including basic computer/keyboarding skills and multi-line telephone skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in relating to clients over the phone and in person
- Excellent time management, organization, and flexibility
