We are seeking a passionate IT Project Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our diverse and exciting projects. As an IT Project Manager at AY McDonald, you will be at the forefront of our project initiatives, leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. From planning to execution, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our projects and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Execute projects according to the project plan, ensuring that goals are achieved within the specified time and budget.

• Guide and inspire your team to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.
• Collaborate with talented professionals to implement cutting-edge IT solutions.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Provide clear direction and support to team members, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• 5+ years' experience in project management
• IT Software implementation and Process Mapping is a plus
