Job Overview
Part-Time Maintenance/Janitor needed for a local Apartment complex in Dubuque.
Shift: Part-time, 30 hours or less a week. 9a-3p
Pay: $13+/hour based on experience
Duties:
- General apartment cleanup
- Clean bathrooms, elevators, other common areas
- Painting
- Yard clean up
Requirements:
- Previous janitorial/maintenance experience
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
- Attention to detail
- Valid Driver's License
