Job Overview

Kendall Hunt Publishing's K-12 Division is looking for their next Part-Time Sales Coordinator! In this role, you will work remotely to support K-12 Sales Consultants efforts with Kendall Hunt and partner products and professional development. We are looking for someone who demonstrates attention to detail, learns quickly, and strives to continuously build knowledge and skills. This position has flexibility and will on average work 24 hours a week.

What Will You Do?

  • Contributes to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Administrative assistance and organization with quotes, CRM, and PO tracking.
  • Works collaboratively across many departments.
  • Performs cost-benefit analyses of potential and existing K-12 customers and maintains positive customer relationships to ensure renewals and expansions.


Who Do We Need?

  • Someone with Administrative assistance and organization with quotes, CRM, and PO tracking to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Someone who can initiate and manage reorder/reprint opportunities
  • Some who proactively works to gain referrals for our programs and adoptions
  • Someone who can manage sales and relationships with assigned customer, including value add products to existing customers to maximize sales
  • Someone with a bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university preferred; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Someone with a valid driver's license
