Landscaper

Location: Cascade, IA

Position Type: Full-time, Seasonal 

Salary: $21-$25/hour

Overview: We are seeking motivated individuals to join a local company's landscaping team in Cascade. This position offers the opportunity for long-term employment with the possibility of layoff during the off-season or for people seeking summer work. No specific experience is required, although experienced individuals are welcome. A valid driver's license is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of landscaping tasks including seeding, grading, raking, laying rock/mulch, planting, and operating equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Assist with general landscaping duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to work Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Valid driver's license strongly preferred.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring manual labor.
