Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Full-Time Field & Landscaping Team Member to work on-site with a company in Dubuque, IA. This role offers year-round work with a mix of seasonal responsibilities.

Typically 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some overtime as needed)
Evaluation-to-Hire Opportunity

Winter Responsibilities (as applicable):

• Snow plowing
• Assisting with winter site operations
• Hours may vary depending on weather and workload

Summer Responsibilities:

• Landscaping projects
• Concrete curbing
• General field and site work
• Assisting crew members with daily tasks

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Prior landscaping, construction, or field experience preferred
