Job Overview
Pay: Up to $18/hour

Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
-
Valid Iowa driver's license with an insurable driving record.
-
Mechanical aptitude and ability to pass background and reference checks.
-
Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
-
Experience using hand tools and moving equipment preferred.
-
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
-
Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
-
Deliver, install, and remove household appliances safely and efficiently.
-
Lead dishwasher installations and assist with built-in appliances such as wall ovens, cooktops, microwaves, and range hoods.
-
Test appliance operation, make installation adjustments, and inspect water and gas connections for proper operation and safety.
-
Document installations, collect customer signatures and payments, and maintain accurate records.
-
Train and mentor new Appliance Installer Trainees.
-
Follow all company safety policies, DOT regulations, and customer service standards.
-
Assist with warehouse loading, unloading, and inventory as needed.
-
Perform other duties as assigned.

Monday–Friday

Typically 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (end time varies based on delivery schedule)

30-minute lunch break
-
Flexibility to work additional hours as needed to complete scheduled deliveries
-
Frequent lifting of 50–75 lbs.
-
Standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and moving appliances throughout the workday.
-
Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
