About Us: Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a prestigious local hotel known for its exceptional service and hospitality. We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join the hotel’s team and help deliver outstanding breakfast experiences to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and prep the kitchen each morning to ensure a seamless breakfast service.
• Prepare and cook breakfast dishes for up to 150 guests and diners daily.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Manage and lead the morning kitchen team, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure a well-stocked kitchen.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of kitchen experience, with a strong focus on breakfast service preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a kitchen team and ensure efficient operations.
• Excellent culinary skills with a passion for breakfast cuisine.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Availability to work full-time hours, including weekends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
