Express Employment is seeking candidates for a Lead Client Services & Operations Specialist position with one of our clients, a wellness clinic. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys creating smooth systems, supporting clients, and improving processes — and can start right away.
About the Role
You’ll be the operational hub of the clinic, ensuring an excellent client experience while keeping day-to-day workflows running efficiently. Responsibilities include scheduling, payments, reporting, and supporting staff with tools and processes. Training is provided for light clinical support tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for clients: scheduling, reminders, check-out, and payments.
- Maintain reports, track KPIs, and keep data accurate in client-management tools.
- Coordinate website updates and light marketing support (photos/videos).
- Manage supplies, treatment-room organization, and laundry flow.
- Support staff scheduling and policy follow-through.
- Assist clinicians with basic in-room support after training.
What We’re Looking For
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong client service skills with steady communication under pressure.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, reports, and client-management software.
- Ability to follow through on tasks and suggest improvements.
- Prior healthcare office or operations experience is a plus.
- Respect for patient confidentiality (HIPAA awareness).
Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly pay: $18–$22.
- Benefits: PTO and paid holidays.
- Hours: Mon–Thu 8:15–5:00, Fri 8:15–2:00.
