Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Lead Flooring Installer for a locally owned and operated company in Dubuque.

This position requires going into residential and commercial properties to measure for and lay flooring. This is a full time, temp to hire position on 1st shift. The company offers competitive wages, based on experience.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for the day-to-day performance of project, accountable for handling materials, inspecting, and installing all flooring products assigned to the job and following up on all job assignments related to each job to ensure customer satisfaction
• Lead installer will supervise and direct the other installers on the project
• Loading and unloading materials from work vehicles and processing the associated paperwork related to the materials handled
• Install LVT, VCT, carpet, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, and other flooring as directed
• Drive between multiple locations including, but not limited to, installation and customer sites
