This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy engaging with people over the phone and contributing to a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in a product or service.
• Follow a short, structured script to qualify leads.
• Transfer interested callers to a sales representative for follow-up.
• Maintain productivity expectations, averaging 50–90 calls per day.
• Ensure accurate documentation of each interaction.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
• Ability to follow scripts and procedures effectively.
• Dependable, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Previous call center, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Schedule & Duration:

• Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
• Temporary position with the potential to be hired on permanently based on performance.
