  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in digital education and instructional design, and guide the ID team in applying relevant advancements to improve products and maintain market competitiveness.
  • Support Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support by providing instructional design expertise, creating digital POCs and product samplers, and helping communicate McGraw Hill’s digital ID strategy at events and customer engagements.

What you can bring to this role:

  • Demonstrated experience authoring accessible digital content and prototyping multimedia learning experiences using industry standard tools such as Captivate and Articulate Storyline, with a working understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience using industry standard large language models to design prompts, evaluate outputs, and identify bias, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and related productivity software.
