Key responsibilities may include:
- Scheduling and coordinating internal and external training programs
- Maintaining the Firm's learning management system
- Conducting training on technology and soft skill topics
- Coordinating and conducting New Hire Orientation
- Assisting in the creation of course materials and on-demand learning resources
- Providing ongoing administrative support to the training team
The ideal candidate:
We're interested in well-organized and detail-oriented individuals who are committed to providing exceptional internal support. The learning coordinator must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable presenting to small groups.
This role requires:
- B.A. in a related field; or equivalent experience and/or training
- 1-2 years in a training/learning role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to quickly learn, apply and train on new concepts, processes, and technologies
