Express Employment is seeking candidates for a Leasing Consultant position with a local company. This role is ideal for someone with prior leasing or property management experience who enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service in a professional setting. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable assisting prospective and current residents.

Schedule: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $19–$20/hour

Responsibilities:

• Assist with leasing activities, including tours and applications
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents
• Maintain accurate records and leasing documentation
• Support day-to-day property management operations
• Communicate effectively with team members and residents

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of leasing or property management experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a business casual environment
