The Licensing Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations related to pharmacy benefit management (PBM) operations. This position is responsible for managing licensing requirements, maintaining regulatory documentation, and supporting audits to ensure adherence to industry standards.

What You Will Do at MedOne:
- Licensing & Compliance: Oversee and maintain PBM licenses across multiple states, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with regulatory changes.
- Regulatory Research: Monitor updates in pharmacy benefit regulations and provide guidance on necessary adjustments to licensing requirements.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of licensing applications, renewals, and compliance reports.
- Audit Support: Assist in regulatory audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries from governing agencies.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure licensing requirements align with business needs.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline licensing procedures and enhance compliance efficiency.
What you will bring to MedOne:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Experience in licensing, compliance, or regulatory affairs within the pharmacy benefit management or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of state and federal PBM regulations preferred.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively across departments.
Location: We have offices in either Dubuque, IA, or Kansas City, MO, or the position can be remote within the United States.
