Express Employment Professionals is seeking candidates for a local company as a Licensing Coordinator. This position will be responsible for assisting with licensing contracts, communication, and organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Tracking product throughout the development/production process
• Assist in maintaining license agreement terms & renewals
• Assist with royalty payment submissions
• Other duties assigned
• Willingness to learn new tasks

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent years of experience
• Detail orientated, organized, good negotiating skills
• A pro-active and self-motivated personality with a positive attitude
• Working in a group environment
• Strong computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to learn various programs and platforms

Additional Details: 

• Evaluation to hire
• M-Friday 8:00-4:30 ½ hour lunch
• 40 hours per week onsite, no remote.
