What You’ll Do

No two days look exactly the same — and that’s part of the fun. In this role, you’ll help support consumer, commercial and agricultural lending operations by:

  • Processing new loans, renewals, payments, and loan advances
  • Preparing and proofreading loan documents and tickets
  • Assisting lenders with customer questions and problem-solving
  • Helping maintain accurate loan files and records
  • Supporting process improvements and departmental efficiency
  • Gathering data and preparing reports
  • Assisting with administrative and clerical support duties
  • Working collaboratively across departments to improve workflows
  • Helping ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations
  • Representing the bank positively within the community

Qualifications

  • 2-year or 4-year degree OR equivalent experience
  • Prior administrative experience preferred
  • Banking or lending experience is helpful, but not required — we can help teach the banking side

Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • Monday–Friday daytime hours
  • Typical schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications: 

  • High School diploma.
  • Experience in finance is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 

Supervisory Responsibility: 

No supervisory duties.

 

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, and typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

 

Travel:

No travel is required.
