What You’ll Do
No two days look exactly the same — and that’s part of the fun. In this role, you’ll help support consumer, commercial and agricultural lending operations by:
- Processing new loans, renewals, payments, and loan advances
- Preparing and proofreading loan documents and tickets
- Assisting lenders with customer questions and problem-solving
- Helping maintain accurate loan files and records
- Supporting process improvements and departmental efficiency
- Gathering data and preparing reports
- Assisting with administrative and clerical support duties
- Working collaboratively across departments to improve workflows
- Helping ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations
- Representing the bank positively within the community

Qualifications
- 2-year or 4-year degree OR equivalent experience
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Banking or lending experience is helpful, but not required — we can help teach the banking side

Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday daytime hours
- Typical schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- High School diploma.
- Experience in finance is a plus.
