Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview

• Oversee daily logistics activities including warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and supply chain operations.
• Ensure timely and efficient movement of goods and services across facilities.

• Develop and implement effective delivery route plans.
• Optimize routes to improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and meet customer expectations.

• Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, drivers, and clients.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Ensure logistics operations comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and logistics documentation.

• Identify operational issues, delays, or disruptions in logistics processes.
• Implement corrective actions and solutions to maintain service efficiency.

• Work closely with sales, customer service, and operations teams to align logistics activities with overall company goals.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
• Proven leadership experience supervising warehouse or logistics teams.
• Experience working with inventory management systems and warehouse software.
• Background in distribution, supply chain, or third-party logistics (3PL) environments preferred.
• Experience managing high-volume logistics operations is an advantage.

• Prior dispatching experience required.
• Experience working for a courier company or major transportation company preferred.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use logistics software, tracking systems, and communication tools.
