Manufacturing Technicians - 1st and 2nd shift

Job Overview

• Assemble engine parts, components, or subassemblies using hand and power tools 
• Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and technical diagrams 
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure products meet quality standards 
• Operate machinery or production equipment as required 
• Perform basic testing of assembled units 
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment 
• Report issues, malfunctions, or safety concerns to supervisors 
• Meet daily production targets and timelines 

• High school diploma or GED (typical minimum) 
• Ability to read and understand technical instructions or schematics 
• Basic mechanical aptitude 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment 
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity 

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience 
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement processes 
• Experience using torque tools, gauges, or measurement devices
