KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
• The safety of people, the protection of environment are assured, the legal requirements are respected, the conformity of the equipment compared to the internal and external requirements is guaranteed
• The durability of the infrastructures and machines is ensured through a plan
• The coherence of maintenance organizations of the site is ensured and in line with the orientations of the group
• The performance of the maintenance of the infrastructures and machines is followed and optimized (availability of the equipment, cost, reliability, effectiveness)
• The site has - a step of coordinated energy aimed at optimizing the energy costs, - a process of spare parts management, by integrating the steps of associated improvement
• The steps and tools of MMW are applied for theirs domains of responsibility
• The guarantee of the technical skills of the site is ensured in particular with a plan of succession and a diagnosis of competencies, and updated training plans
• Improvements (organizational, methods, techniques, ...) are provided or shared through business network exchanges (RTS , external network meeting, ...)
