Industrial Maintenance Technician - Electrical

Job Overview

• Day Shift: 10:00am-7:00pm (IL location)
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday 4:00pm–2:30am + OT Fridays (WI location)
  Pay: $23–$35+/hr depending on experience

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, circuitry, and control panels
• Diagnose and repair production equipment, including motors, sensors, relays, and breakers
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• Troubleshoot PLCs, automated equipment, and ladder logic systems
• Complete equipment installations, setup, and operator training
• Perform TIG welding and work within sanitary design standards (as needed)
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and recommend process improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience with strong electrical knowledge
• Working knowledge of electrical circuitry, wiring, control systems, and pneumatics
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs and automated equipment preferred
• Welding experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
