3rd Shift (11pm – 7:30am)

$29 up to $35 + per hour (pending career experience)

A local Dubuque area Manufacturer is seeking a third shift Maintenance Technician to join their maintenance team of professionals. The right fit candidate will possess a strong skill set and knowledge base in machine / manufacturing maintenance. This is a direct hire opportunity. Meaning, the right fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company’s payroll and be eligible to receive a full benefit package.

What you get to do (in a snap shot):

• Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot issues, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems to ensure optimal production efficiency.
• Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability. 
• Emergency Repairs: Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns, assess the situation, and implement effective solutions to minimize production disruptions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks. Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for documentation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to understand equipment performance issues and implement improvements. Collaborate with other maintenance team members to share knowledge and best practices.

What we’d like you to bring to the opportunity:

• 2 to 5 years of relevant maintenance experience
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principals
• Working knowledge of powder /w et paint ling and assembly is preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license.
