Maintenance Technician

Job Overview

1. Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary
2. Implement preventative maintenance measures
3. Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
4. Complete inspections of offices and laboratories with Maintenance Manager
5. Perform other maintenance duties as requested

1. Prior Facility/Building Maintenance experience preferred.
2. Must be able to operate hand/power tools and other maintenance equipment
3. Must be able to read tape measurer
4. Must be able to frequently stretch or bend to access equipment/objects in need of repair
5. Must be able to walk and stand throughout shift
6. Must be able to lift, carry, push/pull objects weighing up to 50lbs
7. Steel Toe Shoes/Boots required. Must use all PPE as required.
