Position: General Maintenance Technician

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

Pay: $28.42 - $35.26 per hour (includes $2.50/hr shift differential)

Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain machinery for continuous production.
• Perform preventive maintenance and monitor inventories.
• Collaborate with contractors, ensuring safety compliance.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Occasional overtime and weekend work required.

Requirements:

• HS Diploma/G.E.D. required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 2-5 years of maintenance experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Working knowledge of powder and wet paint lines & assembly preferred.
