Managed IT Services Account Manager

Job Overview

Managed Solutions Group is seeking a customer-focused Managed IT Services Account Manager to help support and grow our Managed IT Services business.

This position serves as a key connection between our customers and technical teams. The ideal candidate will enjoy building relationships, identifying technology solutions, and helping customers maximize the value of their technology investments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Meet with prospective and existing customers to assess technology needs
• Present Managed IT Services and technology solutions
• Prepare proposals and quotes
• Coordinate onboarding for new Managed Services customers
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Conduct Technology Business Reviews (TBRs)
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
• Work closely with technical teams, vendors, and sales staff to deliver successful customer outcomes
• Stay current on technology trends, cybersecurity, cloud services, and Managed IT solutions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience in account management, technology sales, managed services, customer success, or IT support
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build relationships and earn customer trust
• Interest in technology and helping businesses solve challenges through IT solutions
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
