Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Client Success & Account Manager to join our Team. This hybrid role bridges technical service delivery and client relationship management. You'll coordinate with both our service and sales teams to ensure clients receive proactive support, timely resolution to issues, and strategic technology guidance through scheduled business reviews and account check-ins.
This role supports our Managed IT Services (MITS) clients. These clients utilize a suite of services Managed Solutions Group provides including but not limited to Network Management, Cyber Security Measures, Cloud Solutions, and Technical Support.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating with internal teams, and growing client trust over time. Candidates with a technical background and interest in the sales side of IT services are encouraged to apply.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a key point of contact for assigned MITS clients to ensure satisfaction, performance, and continuity of service.
- In conjunction with other staff, plan and lead Technology Business Reviews with clients to assess service performance, review metrics, and discuss future needs.
- Investigate service-related questions that require coordination between technical and sales teams; document findings and follow through on resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client expectations with service delivery.
- Assist with client onboarding, helping ensure a smooth transition into managed services.
- Identify potential opportunities for service improvements, solution enhancements, or future projects.
- Track and communicate key service metrics and technology trends to clients.
- Maintain accurate and organized account notes, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Support the sales team in creating a consistent and professional client experience.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Degree in a related field or 2+ years of experience in IT service, client account management, or related technology fields.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of IT environments including servers, networks, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Experience with technical troubleshooting or coordination between technical teams is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and comfort learning client management and ticketing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- Some physical effort is required and ability to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Experience conducting business reviews or client-facing service meetings.
- Familiarity with managed services agreements, SLAs, or project coordination.
- Exposure to CRM or quoting tools.
