Job Overview

Oversee daily office operations and supervise staff.

Manage scheduling, communication, and filing systems.

Assist with payroll, billing, and purchasing tasks.

Maintain company policies, compliance, and inventory.

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.

Prepare reports, budgets, and presentations.

Ensure confidentiality and efficient business operations.

2–4 years of administrative or office management experience.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).

Bluebeam and Procore experience preferred.

Customer-focused and detail-oriented.

Supervisory experience preferred.

Degree in business or related field a plus.
