Overview
Shift: Full-time, Days, Monday - Friday, for 80 hours per pay period
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Cardiovascular Services to lead and oversee our cardiovascular service lines, including cardiac catheterization, cardiovascular procedural services (COC), cardiac pulmonary rehab and the cardiology clinic. This leader will drive operational excellence, quality outcomes, and team engagement in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and daily operational oversight of cardiovascular departments
- Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, evidence-based patient care
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and departmental productivity
- Monitor and improve key quality and performance metrics
- Develop and manage departmental budgets and financial performance
- Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Collaborate with physicians and senior leadership to grow cardiovascular programs
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing staff
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field (clinical, business, healthcare administration)
- Clinical degree in related field is preferred
Experience:
- Three (3) years of leadership experience or related experience in cardiovascular services within a healthcare system/organization
- Knowledge and experience with process improvement is preferred
