Job Overview
The Manager Cost and Profitability is responsible for the maintenance, accuracy and analysis of into stock and rebate costs, as well as all aspects of the product database within the ERP system. Enables profitable growth and margin improvement by driving process efficiency improvements and enhanced analytics.
RIMARY DUTIES:

Analyze and develop solutions to solve cost and product data problems.

Be a leader on cost and product projects, coordinating across the Organization and ensuring timely execution of deliverables. Effectively collaborate across functions and geographies to positively influence change where needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Ability to analyze company data and identify trends.

Ability to take action or elevate the information to proactively seek gross margin enhancement.

Efficient use of a PC, including superior skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and the ability to effectively communicate via email. Basic ability to read and understand financial statements (income statement).

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; and four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Remote project management experience required.

Microsoft SQL experience preferred.
