Express Employment Professionals is seeking candidates to work at a local manufacturing company as their Group Tour and Customer Visit Coordinator. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for a fun part-time gig!

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate and plan all factory tours
• Prepare tour guide work schedule to make sure there are guides available for tours
• Compile data necessary to prepare files and reports
• Administrative duties including correspondence, invoicing, filing, bill payment, and reporting
• Give factory tours and events
• Train tour guides on tour routes and information
• May require driving

What you need:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work PT hours and on call (typical hours are 8am-1pm)
• Candidates can be called in for a tour but are not required to accept
• Open availability is ideal
• Metatarsal shoes
