A local Northeast Iowa based manufacturer is seeking a 3^rd shift Manufacturing Supervisor. This visible leadership position is critical to the success of the manufacturing operations team. The right fit candidate will be a culture champion leading and motivating professionals in setting goals and driving the professional development of your individual team members. The right fit candidate will possess solid working leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.  

 This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning, the right fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company’s payroll and receive a robust full benefits package. There are approximately 20-30 wage production operators who report to this position. This position reports directly to the Production Manager.

What we’d like you to bring to the opportunity:

• 3+ years of manufacturing and or production operations experience
• Leadership in a manufacturing and or production setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite, ERP systems
