Location: Dubuque, Iowa

Nights: 6p - 6a - 4 nights on / 4 nights off

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 / year

A local Dubuque Iowa manufacturer is seeking a nights Manufacturing and Production Supervisor who will lead a team of 10 production employees. In this role you will optimize the use of peoplepower, skills and manufacturing techniques to complete work load on a safe, timely and efficient manner. The right fit candidate will have previous people leadership experience in a manufacturing and or production environment. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but will consider a combination of education and experience. This is a direct hire opportunity. Meaning, the right fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company's payroll and be eligible to their robust benefits package.
