Are you passionate about connecting people? Do you have a natural curiosity and a knack for communicating? You could be HODGE’s new Marketing Communications Coordinator! This individual will play a key role in uniting team members across the company and ensuring information flows through all levels of the organization - from top down and bottom up. We are looking for someone to maintain and continue developing an internal communication app for employees, strengthen interdepartmental communication practices, and help engage employees in all areas of the business.
This position will require you to lead projects that have a direct impact on creating positive team member experiences. You will use your perspective and expertise to inform those around you. You may also be asked to provide administrative or project management support to the Marketing Manager and other Enterprise departments, so we hope you are organized, open-minded, and comfortable in a high-performing, fast-paced environment.

- Oversee governance of employee app including content creation, scheduling, approval processes, and more
- Collaborate with, and provide support to, our Human Resources team and company leaders to enhance strategic communication and engagement with employees
- Leverage internal communication channels to ensure employee awareness, understanding, and participation
- Ensure communications are consistently being distributed through all channels including employee app, digital screens, email, and traditional communication means.
- Draft and curate content for company-wide newsletters and stand-up meetings
- Manage and archive video content, newsletters, and other written communications
- Support company-wide special project processes, analyze feedback, and distribute results
- Seek opportunities to educate employees about our core values and additional key-focus areas
- Demonstrate accountability, creativity, and collaboration to promote a workplace focused on continuous improvement
- Assist with additional functions of the Marketing department including external communication, digital advertising, social media, community relations, and signage
- Occasional travel required

- Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations experience
- Ability to organize and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent presentation and writing skills, with experience writing for a variety of voices and channels, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in-person
- Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies
- Understanding and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Photoshop, InDesign)
- Content Management System (CMS) experience preferred
