How can you make an impact?
As the Marketing Enablement Associate, you will be supporting the Learning Technology Representatives, District Managers, and Learning Specialists in all aspects of sales and marketing support. You will work with internal teams and resources to help solve customer problems and provide excellent service.
Critical thinking and creative skills are attributes we look for, to help bring sales strategy ideas to fruition, build marketing campaigns, and deliver training materials and sales kits to customer-facing teams. This is a remote position open to applicants within the United States and requires up to 10% travel for the year.
What you will do:
- Support selling initiative: Write, proof and email marketing messages, pull together promotional material, training material and sales kits, setup digital pilots, rebuild Connect courses for new editions
- Administrative Support: Digital account creation, sample copies, access to instructor resources, SFDC maintenance
- Partnering with Learning Technology Representatives to resolve external customer issues
- Writing, proofing and creating an email campaign for a Learning Technology Representative using Marketo, a marketing automation tool
- Pulling together promotional and training materials using WebCRD, a web-to-print and production management tool, to create a professional selling tool for sales teams, District Managers, and product teams
- Making creative decisions for creating promotional materials and sales kits regarding content and branding guideline
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ years experience in Customer services (specifically marketing and sales)
- Experience with Marketing automation tools such as Salesforce or Marketo (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric focus and natural bias for teamwork
- The ability to think independently and work with speed and accuracy to deliver results
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and superior communication skills

The pay range for this position is between $40,000 and $43,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. We offer benefits including medical, dental and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act.
