- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
- Manage product sample library and tracking processes
- Prepare sales reports and assist with market data analysis
- Support lead generation and onboarding of new customers
- Assist with sales campaigns, email outreach, and trade show follow-up
- Help plan and coordinate trade shows and events, including logistics and timelines
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events
- Assist with social media content and account maintenance
- Help create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance
- Support event planning including trade shows, webinars, and promotions
- Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and team calendars
- Perform general office tasks such as data entry and document preparation
- Maintain organized files and shared databases
- Follow established safety and workplace procedures
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Equivalent work experience will be considered
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or administrative roles preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or Dynamics) is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
