WAGE: $25/HOUR

CONTRACT: REMOTE

Overview of Position

The Marketing Manager will support the growth agenda for the company by driving demand creation for the  revenue cycle management portfolio of solutions and software.  You will have the opportunity to partner and work with more experienced Marketing and Sales stakeholders on the development and execution of a theme-based campaign plan with accountability and responsibility for defined MQL and ACV closed / won targets and metrics.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

• Responsible for the overall demand generation journey – Creating TOFL -> MQLs -> Marketing sourced bookings
• Lead development and execution of segment-focused marketing demand strategies, plans and associated tactics (with inputs from Product/Portfolio)
• Align campaign-level awareness and demand activities to business needs and objectives and execute planned activities. (e.g. nurtures, paid social, advertising, etc.)
• Drive coordination and execution of strategy for the industry events that the business participates in.
• Analyze results and provide performance metrics for monthly reporting & to guide tactical execution.
• Collaborate with and coordinate across sales leadership and sales operations to ensure we are helping the sales organization to meet their goals.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

• 2+ years of marketing experience

• Proven demand generation experience, funneling leads to sales to bookings
• Experience with B2B marketing, social media strategies, digital strategies, paid advertising, etc.
• General understanding of customers, solutions, and the buyer’s journey, and how marketing tactics can be applied at various stages of the marketing pipeline.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, along with marketing automation tools and systems

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

• Healthcare marketing experience
• Ability to collaborate across the organization to accomplish goals.
• Able to execute when experiencing multiple competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
